Method 10. Extend the repayment period of your mortgage

Extend your mortgage term to the maximum for your age and increase loan to the same repayment. I know we all dream about the day our mortgage is paid off but if we moved we would probably take out another 25 year mortgage. So why not remorgage you home for another 25 years using the repayment now to use as the repayment for the new remortgage and all the capital you have repaid over the years will be released.
