Method 12. Shares

Many of us invest in shares for 2 reasons capital growth and to recieve dividends. If last year I told you of a share that went up 43% you would have bought it. Property in Latvia went up 43% last year alone. Property in Romania went up 414% in the last 5 years. There are many more examples.

We have all heard about Barings bank and Nick Leeson. There was a professional who made the wrong choices in buying and selling shares. There have been many crashes on the stock market over the years and many people have lost fortunes. I have yet to hear of anyone losing money in the property market unlass the paid too much in the first place. If you are a clever investor and make good money from the stock market keep going this is not for you to convert your portfolio to property. But if you are a small time investor it is well worth considering coverting your portfolio to property (at least you get free holiday accommodation) and making rental income and capital growth.
