WHY am I buying?
There are several reasons that people invest in a second home. The main ones are:
1. As a holiday home
2. As somewhere to retire too
3. As an investment (we regularly get investors buying without ever seeing their property and never even visit)
Think which you are. Remember if you intend to emigrate at some stage you need to be happy with your new lifestyle and you need to be able to survive the winter not just the summer.
