Rental - your own site

Most sites limit the number of pictures you can upload. With your own site you can have hundreds and even upload a video. It's also easier to send a link to your site to an enquirer than attach 20 photo files when you reply. Remember a picture paints a 1000 words and the renters will be looking at the pictures regularly as they build up to their annual holiday. Get links for car hire cost and airport pick ups, even flight companies where you book. Make it easy for them. Put lots of pictures of the beaches and attractions on the site and make a list of different activities in the area.

It's their once a year holiday make your site an invaluable source of local restaurants and attractions, maybe its their first visit to the area and we want them to have such a good time they re-book next year. Remember the meals that you had that were bad , when you first tried them all out. If they have nothing but good meals at reasonable prices they will be back next year.

MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL: If there are package holidays to your chosen country and area there will be tourists looking to rent villas. Check with airlines.
